These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of StorageSSD storage infrastructure and the storagessd.com website.

This document is a template provided for convenience and is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it.

1. Agreement

By ordering, accessing or using any StorageSSD service you agree to these Terms of Service, our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Service Level Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

StorageSSD provides dedicated storage infrastructure only — including storage web hosting, storage VPS (HDD/SSD/NVMe), reseller storage hosting, S3-compatible object storage, FTP storage, DMCA-ignored and offshore storage servers, Nextcloud storage and general cloud storage. We do not provide general-purpose shared hosting.

3. Accounts & Billing

All ordering, provisioning and billing are handled through our WHMCS portal at billing.storagessd.com. Fees are billed in advance on the cycle selected at checkout and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for keeping account and payment details accurate and current.

4. Acceptable Use

Your use of the services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate services for violations, non-payment, or activity that threatens the integrity, security or lawful operation of our network.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of data you store. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, its legality in the applicable jurisdiction, and for maintaining your own backups. We are a storage provider, not a custodian of record.

6. Availability & SLA

Service availability commitments are described in our Service Level Agreement. Service credits are your sole and exclusive remedy for availability shortfalls.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StorageSSD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for data loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding one (1) month.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
