This Refund Policy explains when StorageSSD offers refunds for its storage services.
1. Money-Back Window
Eligible storage hosting and storage VPS plans may qualify for a refund if cancelled within 7 days of initial purchase. Setup fees, add-ons, and usage-based charges are non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Offshore, DMCA-ignored, and dedicated/custom-provisioned storage, as well as object-storage and bandwidth usage already consumed, are non-refundable due to the resources reserved on your behalf.
3. Renewals
Renewal payments are non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
4. Abuse & Violations
No refund is provided where service is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
5. How to Request
Open a billing ticket at billing.storagessd.com within the eligible window. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
