This Privacy Policy explains what information StorageSSD collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account information you provide at signup (name, email, billing details) via our WHMCS portal; service usage and connection metadata required to operate and secure the infrastructure; and standard server logs.
2. How We Use Information
To provision and operate your services, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Customer-Stored Data
Data you store on our infrastructure is yours. We do not access the contents of your storage except where strictly necessary to operate the service, respond to a support request you initiate, or comply with a binding legal obligation in the applicable jurisdiction. Offshore and privacy-oriented tiers are designed to minimise third-party data sharing.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are handled by third-party processors through WHMCS. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Stored service data is removed following account termination per the timelines in your plan.
6. Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encryption at rest on supported tiers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for your own backups and access credentials.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data. Contact privacy@storagessd.com to exercise them.
